Welcome. From early childhood on, I have been asking myself, how we can grow into our highest accessible potential, as individuals and society?
With a Spanish-German background and the mindset of an engineer, I undertook numerous travels into the inner and outer world, always investigating this question. On that journey, I made invaluable experiences, in the visible, as well as in the non-visible.
I was allowed to learn from successful entrepreneurs, politicians, consultants, academics and spiritual teachers. Through all these learning opportunities, I've been developing a continuously deepening understanding of myself, my needs and possibilities.
I feel deep grateful for my experiences and appreciation of our ancestors and our human history. I believe that by intentional common effort and unconditional appreciation of all beings, we can solve the challenges our generation is currently facing. Thus, I dedicate my life to the development of innovations in order to achieve social peace.
As a facilitator, I support individuals, groups and organizations to connect with their needs, conflicts and visions. In a result-oriented community-centred process, we develop all steps towards the client's objectives. On a long-term view, the client is being increasingly empowered to navigate through change processes self-efficiently and independently. My work enables clients to liberate themselves of their own limitations, to gain focus and to make the next step. As an entrepreneur, I see the world as a playground of possibilities and wonder what unique value I leave in this world and how I can serve my environment best. I believe that the future lies in the hands of entrepreneurs who take responsibility for our environment, our society and our children. It is up to us to develop solutions for a peaceful future. I take on this responsibility and I am eager to deliver my part to this grand task. I hope to inspire others with my projects to grow beyond themselves. For more than ten years, I have been developing a method for co-creative project design, suitable to build intentional communities which support the individual in unfolding his potential while taking entrepreneurial responsibility to solve social challenges. In that method, I combine mindfulness-, communication- and high-performance training with neuroscience, innovation techniques and agile project management. The method is based on theories of living systems. It integrates learning cycles of natural evolution and work in order to establish an entrepreneurship culture which contains ancient wisdom.
